I led the environmental design for a multi-zone Progress Bank branch, creating a modern customer experience across two connected spaces.

 

The project included full lobby planning, teller line design, and branded service moments such as a check-writing station, wayfinding, and digital display integration.

 

I developed the design from early spatial concepts through detailed 3D modeling and photorealistic renderings, balancing operational needs with a warm, forward-thinking aesthetic. The final package supported stakeholder buy-in and served as a blueprint for implementation.
